The special three course Thanksgiving menu features local, seasonal favorites and vegetarian options for only $45 per person. Make the evening truly special by adding wines paired for each course for an additional $30 per person. A children’s menu for just $25 per child is also available. Thanksgiving dinner begins at 5:30pm.

Roots Thanksgiving Menu includes starter choice of a cauliflower purée soup with white truffle oil or a local mixed-greens salad with roasted turnip, pepitas, crisp frisée, grilled crostini, and rosemary champagne vinaigrette.
Main Course selections include: oven roasted Cornish game hen, sweet potato gratin, braised turnip greens, served with cranberry-pomegranate sauce or fire-roasted kabocha squash ravioli, housemade ricotta, wild chanterelle mushrooms served with brown butter and sage sauce.
Dessert choices are either the pumpkin mousseline or fall spice pumpkin mousse, dark Chocolate ganache, and housemade shortbread cookies.
