Aaron N. Bailey, a lawyer in the Business and Professional Litigation group at the Raleigh office of Sands Anderson PC, has been certified by the American Board of Certification (ABC) as a Creditors Rights' Law Specialist, group leader Jeffrey H. Geiger announced.

The ABC and its Creditors' Rights Law Specialist Certification is a national certification accredited by the American Bar Association. "Aaron is now one of only five North Carolina attorneys certified by the ABC as a Creditors Rights Law Specialist" Geiger added.
Bailey has been a creditors' right and commercial litigation lawyer for thirteen years and services clients with throughout North Carolina. He is a graduate of Campbell University's School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University. The specialist certification of the American Board of Certification process requires a passing score an examination of essays and examination, demonstrated experience in representation of clients in a variety of creditors' rights related legal matters, specialized continuing legal education courses and references from peers and opponents.
