Hotel guests can stay in luxury and jump aboard an Alcatraz Cruise at a reduced rate

History buffs are now able to see the sights and hear the sounds of Alcatraz without spending much money with the help of the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf's Alcatraz Island Package. The newly renovated San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf has teamed up with the Alcatraz Cruises and is offering reduced rates to those traveling to the island.

The Alcatraz Island Package includes two night deluxe accommodations for two adults (subject to availability). In addition, guests will receive two adult tickets to visit Alcatraz. The retail value for the tickets is $52.

Those traveling with more than two people can purchase up to two additional tickets. Four tickets are allowed per room. Additional tickets must be purchased at the time of booking and must be indicated by providing the total number of guests per room. A ten day nonrefundable advanced purchase is required for all packages. All cruises will depart from Pier 33. Departure times are:

  •     1:10 PM
  •     1:45 PM
  •     2:20 PM

Travelers will visit Alcatraz Island the day after they arrive at their hotel. Booked guests will receive an email confirmation with specific details about their reservation time within three days of booking the trip.
