Satuit Technologies, Inc., a leader in Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for the professional investment market, today announced that Liontrust International North America, a subsidiary of London-based Liontrust Asset Management, has selected SatuitCRM as the firm’s customer, sales and business management solution. Liontrust Asset Management is a 14-year-old money manager with more than $11 billion under management.

Liontrust announced its expansion into North America in January 2008, hiring investment industry veteran Richard Hoag to lead its US operation. Among the company’s first acquisitions was the SatuitCRM system. Satuit provides Liontrust instant global access to sales and client data making it easy for the UK and US teams to share data.

“In the process of setting up our North American headquarters, after securing office space and advisor registrations, the next call I made was to Satuit,” said Richard Hoag, president, Liontrust International (North America). “I was aware of Satuit’s capabilities and was confident that they would provide a CRM solution that would deliver the marketing and business development functionality I needed out of the gate. While the deployment of SatuitCRM was initiated in the United States, it has been deployed in our London office, and we are working to use SatuitCRM to further integrate our two offices.”

SatuitCRM provides Liontrust International the flexibility to integrate current industry published information, such as Money Market Directory data with internally generated data and client information. SatuitCRM will help the new office to stay on top of clients and prospecting efforts while helping the UK office manage its growing roster of large global clients. Rather than working with multiple applications, Liontrust International will be able to manage many of its important business functions with a single solution.
