Mike Conner, managing partner of The Conner Law Group, has been appointed the City Attorney for Jesup by a unanimous vote of the Jesup City Council.

“Jesup is my hometown, and it has always been one of my top priorities to serve the community that has meant so much to me and my family,” said Conner, 41, who serves clients throughout South Georgia from offices in Jesup and Savannah. “I am honored and grateful to have this opportunity to represent Jesup, and it is truly a privilege to be able to serve the public in the place where I grew up. I am looking forward to working with the City Council, the City Manager and the Mayor in constructive and innovative ways to serve the people of Jesup.”

Conner, a former partner at Bouhan, Williams & Levy in Savannah, has established himself as one of Georgia’s most respected litigators during his 16-year legal career. In 2010, Conner founded The Conner Law Group with offices in Savannah and Jesup, and represents a diverse roster of individual and commercial clients spanning a broad variety of legal areas.

Conner has been a part of several landmark cases in the state, and his accomplishments have earned regional and national peer recognition.
