The School Improvement Innovation Summit was very innovative and inspiring

Arriving in July 2012, the School Improvement Innovation Summit and Common Core Institute will showcase the latest school innovation strategies, case studies, and tools all in one place.

Hundreds of educators from across the United States came together for a hugely successful conference in 2011 as they met with and learned from leading experts Jim Knight, Michael Fullan, Heidi Hayes Jacobs, Glenn Singleton, and many more.

From July 16 – 17, 2012, 500 of the most advanced thought leaders in education are returning to Salt Lake City for a limited engagement with the industry’s leading experts in education. Leaders from schools and districts have a chance to meet and discuss their most successful strategies and unique experiences in this highly collaborative summit.

By popular demand, the 2012 Summit will provide separate courses for administrators and for teachers on advanced training in the entire School Improvement suite of professional development products, including PD 360, Common Core 360, and Observation 360. You want a deeper understanding of the many facets of PD 360, and now you can gain a deeper understanding of the many ways to help teachers help students and improve education under any set of circumstances.

We listened to your feedback, and breakout sessions this year will be 90 minutes long to better accommodate in-depth learning and discussion. There will be more time to network with your peers during mealtimes, and the wireless Internet has been completely upgraded and now has 10 times the bandwidth and speed.

Immediately following the Summit, Heidi Hayes Jacobs will personally direct the Common Core Institute from July 18 – 19, 2012.

Heidi Hayes Jacobs will give specialized training on the new LiveBook and LivePlanner, two integrated products that give teachers unparalleled instruction on aligning and implementing the Common Core Standards, available only on Common Core 360 from School Improvement Network.

The Common Core Institute will give attendees the opportunity to meet and discuss strategies with Heidi Hayes Jacobs in person and stay at the forefront of the Common Core revolution. Be the first to master the Common Core Standards and collaborate with some of the nation’s top educators at the first ever Common Core Institute.
