Employment of computer network, systems and database administrators is projected to increase by 30 percent from 2008 to 2018.* Students will be qualified to install, configure, manage and maintain existing Microsoft networks. The curriculum includes peripheral interfacing, network design and administration, client/server computing, and LAN management. Graduates of the Network Administration program will be prepared for emerging positions such as network administrators or engineers, systems directors, M.I.S. directors or computer support specialists.
