CHEMIR is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Chemical Practice Road Show, to be held June 20 in Wilmington, Delaware. The event, entitled “Prosecution and Litigation Strategies” features seminars on chemical patent law, along with networking opportunities. CHEMIR is happy to be a supporter of the Chemical Practice Committee of the AIPLA, the section devoted to chemical-based technologies, including chemical manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
The Road Show’s seminars will feature experienced chemical patent attorneys discussing best practices for effective patent strategies, including monitoring competitors, and drafting claims/applications in light of the America Invents Act. Tips for litigators involved in chemical patent disputes include a discussion on preparing clients for patent litigation. A concluding reception will offer networking opportunities for attorneys involved in chemical patent litigation and prosecution.
