Scott Keller, an Independent candidate for President for 2012, is calling for volunteers from all walks of life to come together and solve the nation’s problems. The nation is faced with a number of growing concerns which need to be addressed now, not come election time.

Scott Keller, an Independent candidate for President for 2012, is calling for volunteers from all walks of life to come together and solve the nation’s problems – obscene national debt, a huge and persistent negative trade imbalance, unemployment, poverty, uncertainty for seniors and retirement, foreclosures, loss of freedom, runaway oil and gas prices, an imminent food shortage which is resulting in food price spikes, and more. He states that people, not money, are the solution.

Scott insists that the nation cannot wait for another election. “We need to take action now,” says Scott. “We can get everyone working in meaningful work, we can start a series of coop efforts locally which can at the same time solve our energy problems, retirement problems and education problems among other things.”

"I am only one but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do. - Helen Keller.

Many different categories of volunteers are needed to implement existing solutions as well as find and implement new and better solutions. From business leaders to out of work engineers, disillusioned farmers to all of the nation’s students to every journalist young and old, mainstream and blogger alike, rich and poor, all can participate.

According to Scott, “this is not just about a campaign, it’s about the well being and the future of the United States and all the people who live here and will live here. We the people have been led to believe that we are powerless, but together we are instead very powerful and capable. We have been led to division, when we are all Americans and all human and all have a common homeland and all have the same fundamental needs and wants – peace, a clean, safe and secure home, good, healthy and abundant food, good health, a positive future for ourselves and our children, to be able to learn well the field of our passions, meaningful and rewarding and purposeful work, etc, and we can achieve all of that and can end much of our nation’s suffering and point in a new direction very quickly.”

If an individual has a talent they would like to offer or an idea for solving an issue, then there’s an opportunity now for them to play a part in not only saving the country from further decline, but actually help propel the country far into the lead in many positive areas.
