The heart of historic Old Town Scottsdale is beating stronger than ever with a re-energizing of the Scottsdale Marriott Suites Old Town.
$2.6 million has been pumped into the all-suite Scottsdale hotel to introduce its “great-room” concept to the Arizona market. The design has transformed the lobby into a vibrant multi-purpose gathering area for eating, drinking, working and socializing as day transforms into night.
The “great-room” design features a welcoming entrance, front-desk pods for easy and semi-private check-in and check-out and plenty of places for guests to connect -- whether by Wifi or face-to-face. The vibrant energy of Old Town Scottsdale pumps into the hotel’s lounge, where a new glass-wall system opens into a casual, extended patio with fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating. The 3rd Avenue Grill, serving American-style cuisine with a southwestern flair, is open for breakfast, lunch or late-night dining and drinking.
Guests can re-energize and work on their health at the hotel’s expanded and remodeled fitness center which features state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio equipment and free weights as well as a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool.
The Scottsdale hotel’s recent renovation project comes on the heels of other improvements to 7,000 square feet of meeting space along with revitalized guest suites featuring Marriott’s Revive bedding, 32-inch flat screen TVs, refrigerators and coffeemakers.
