As advisors and professionals working with seniors it is important to invest the time to better understand how a reverse mortgage may better serve clients.

Registration is now open for the September Educational Webinar, Reverse Mortgages: Help Clients and Increase Referrals, presented by Alain Valles.

As growing numbers of families need to raise funds by liquidizing assets, to finance the long-term independence of aging family members for example, the term “reverse mortgage” has been increasing its currency. Many products and services are being offered that promise seniors they will be "all set" financially.

As advisors and professionals working with seniors it is important to invest the time to better understand how a reverse mortgage may better serve clients. In doing so, says Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) Alain Valles, you may also grow your business.

Valles, President of Direct Finance Corp., was the first person in New England to receive the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation. He is passionate about maintaining and improving the quality of life for seniors.

This educational webinar, offered by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA), is being held on Thursday, September 27th, 2012 at 12:00 PM MST.

     2. Summarize the basics of a reverse mortgage;
