InvestmentBank.com seeks associate, analyst and Managing Directors for Seattle investment banking opportunities.

InvestmentBank.com, a division of Merit Harbor Group, LLC, is seeking experienced middle-market M&A advisors and investment bankers to assist the company in its continued growth in the Seattle office. As the company continues its growth march, there is an ever-growing need for motivated and experienced help from various deal makers across the middle market. The firm is most actively seeking an individual or individuals to fill key roles as Managing Directors at the company’s Seattle location.

The ideal Managing Director candidate will include a self-starter with at least of decade or more of direct hands-on deal making experience. It is also preferred if the individual has a background in direct mid-market company operations. “Most of our investment bankers have owned, operated and exited their own companies and can speak to the experience of an owner,” says Nate Nead, Director. Ideal candidates will also come with a strong, existing network of CEOs and key decision makers. The best investment bankers already have existing relationships and are already well-versed in the ins and outs of facilitating a deal.

“Most of our existing Director and Managing Director-level investment bankers have years of both operational and managerial-level experience,” says Nead. “This provides them with the business acumen to be able to speak to the heart of the issue with many a mid-market company owners.” Because nearly all the company’s existing investment bankers are both licensed investment bankers and experienced company operators, the company is able to provide both operational and deal-specific insight during client engagement.

In addition, the Seattle office is seeking entry-level analyst and associate interns to assist upper-level dealmakers in performing market research, writing reports, creating customer and client-facing pitch-decks and assisting in outreach for both clients and investors. While analysts are not expected to have finance or accounting backgrounds, associate and analyst interns are expected to have good computational backgrounds, be well-versed in general business acumen and be able to quickly learn some of the rigors that make investment bankers successful.
