Dr. Scott Mindel of Belltown Spine and Wellness executes unique light therapy system to strengthen and rehabilitate the nervous system.

Mindel, a certified Quantum Neurologist, has implemented the technique to stimulate damaged or weakened nerves. He uses a hand-held cold laser, in conjunction with an adjusting instrument that taps gently along the spine or brainstem where nerve roots exit the spinal cord.

“We’re able to test every major nerve of the body and strengthen the nervous system by using a laser. It’s never been used before to strengthen and rehabilitate the nervous system. It’s used in many professions for tissues and bone healing but now we’re finding it can immediately turn on a nerve,” he said.

Benefits of Quantum Neurology

1. Promotes body's natural healing power by stimulating nerves to allow the body to heal itself.

2. Helps regain function lost as a result of injury or illness.

3. Helps the body achieve peak performance naturally by mimicking how cells react to natural sunlight.

Nerve function can be structurally inhibited by any physical trauma to the spine such as decompression, degeneration or poor posture. There are also chemical, emotional and mental stresses in the body that can affect sensations such as smell, taste, hearing, balance and visual acuity. Any kind of deficit is typically represented as pain, numbness, decreased range of motion or even digestive and circulatory problems.

The non-invasive treatment is completely safe and produces no side effects. Mindel has been practicing in Seattle for more than 15 years.
