San Francisco, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) May 27, 2011
Eskabo Daan, a San Francisco mixed martial arts school founded by 30 year veteran martial arts expert Grandmaster Robert Castro, will participate in the Long Beach International Martial Arts Festival and Competition, July 22 to 23, 2011. Castro has been invited to demonstrate his techniques at the festival, which is sponsored by the Sport Martial Arts Events and Association. The event includes a tournament and tradeshow.
“This is yet another one of the many ways in which Grandmaster Robert Castro is doing his part to help push Filipino Martial Arts to the forefront,” says Joseph Bautista of Eskabo Daan. “It was at this same tournament many years ago where Bruce Lee displayed his amazing skills like his one-inch punch and two-finger pushups.”
The tournament is world renowned. People from all over the world attend to watch and participate in open-hand sparring and weapons divisions. The annual event symbolizes worldwide tournament excellence and has been around for more than 40 years. The Eskabo Daan, which is a weapon-based martial arts system, will conduct a demonstration of their unique system during the event.
