1300 FLOWERS Launches New Advertising Campaign

Design qualities of beauty and authenticity are the highlight of 1300 Flowers' new advertising campaign.

Brisbane, Queensland (PRWEB) June 27, 2009 -- 1300 Flowers has launched a new advertising campaign now visible on television and billboards around Australia. Design qualities of beauty and authenticity are the highlight of the new campaign reflecting on two years of development of a vision. The original vision, of using telephone and web technology to make it easy to express your love with flowers, was developed in Brisbane by three friends in 2007 and continues to grow.

They started, as they have gone on, by selling flowers online and via telephone, to make it easier for people to share their emotions -- the important core of existence -- by giving a gift of beauty and quality to loved ones and friends. Together they attracted investors to their vision, employed staff who became similarly enthused, and now a full corporate plan has been developed with a new range of conceptualised advertisements.

Their mantra is concerned with authenticity, sustainability, beauty and design. It is a story based in a quality of distinction that comes from true authenticity, an authenticity that is rooted in being sustainable, multi-dimensional and beautiful. They believe in being rooted, and are grounded in the community. They believe in being sustainable and cultivate for ongoing life. They believe in being multi-dimensional and making it tactile in every sense. And finally they believe in being beautiful, as design pervades everything we do.

In the television advertisement, a lily swivels its face toward us, and opens slowly and sensually to salute the viewer. The smaller flower behind it unfolds simultaneously and then they move in unison, large and small, to halt together, as the simple word "mum" appears on the screen.

Outdoor advertisements feature blooms, stylized like woodblocks and run over a woodgrain background, to symbolize the longevity of emotion over time. Mostly these are accompanied by the word "1300flowers", but in some locations, enigmatically, the flower appears alone, suggesting that the company is gifting a bloom to the neighbourhood, speaking for all of the emotion that unites humanity.

The new 1300flowers advertisements and billboards reiterate the company's history with the simple message that they have a passion for flowers, but also offer customers ease, affordability, reliability, but above all, a passion for a quality.
