Serco to Compete for Task Orders on $478 Million U.S. Navy Professional Services ID/IQ

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government, today announced that the Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) has awarded the company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This contract provides Serco the opportunity to compete for U.S. Navy task orders in the areas of program management, logistics, financial management and administrative support services. Serco is among six contract awardees on the $478 million ID/IQ contract. For Serco, the ceiling value is $70 million over a five-year period, one-year base and four one-year option periods.    

This contract vehicle will to be a key resource as Serco continues to grow its working relationship with the Navy. Under this contract, Serco will utilize its expertise in project and financial management, business process development and reengineering, data analysis, logistics, human capital strategy, and information technology to provide support services to the three star command. Work will primarily be performed at the Washington Navy Yard.
