ServiceCentral’s InventoryManager enables maximum control over stock and consumption of all parts and equipment associated with returns, service, and repair management operations. InventoryManager is the newest module to complement ServiceCentral's service management software suite.

Clients using ServiceCentral's fully integrated inventory will experience lowered costs associated with parts planning and order management, in addition to savings realized by avoiding complex integrations.

Today ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc. announces the launch of their latest service management software version Return and Repair Suite™ v6.7, including the much anticipated InventoryManager™ module. After-sales service and repair organizations that turn to ServiceCentral software for equipment returns, repairs and service management can now utilize InventoryManager to manage stock and consumption of all parts and equipment used within their workflow processes. InventoryManager™ creates new levels of operational control and efficiency, supporting ServiceCentral’s core goal of enabling clients to maximize the profit stream of their service chain.

The InventoryManager module specifically provides the ability to manage all parts and equipment inventory from orders and receipts to transfers and adjustments across unlimited locations. InventoryManager enables our customers to maximize control over parts planning, loaner and exchange stock, consumption, replenishment, and order management. The new module seamlessly integrates with the entire ServiceCentral service management software suite, including ServiceCounter for retail operations and RepairCenter for depot operations.

Steve Teel, President of ServiceCentral continues, "Many of our clients operate their service operations as independent cost centers, and are looking for standalone solutions to manage the entire operations. Providing these clients with a fully integrated ServiceCentral parts and equipment inventory module allows these operators to avoid complex integrations to corporate enterprise systems. At the same time, having real time inventory consumption and availability data helps lower cost associated with parts planning and order management."

ServiceCentral has made great strides in recent years to develop a flexible, user configurable service management software suite for operations specializing in the after-sales service and repair of equipment, especially in the telecom and electronics industries. With unlimited workflow design capability, business management can quickly act on the dynamic nature of operations, implementing system changes by utilizing administration tools rather than costly software code modifications. InventoryManager follows on the heels of recently added multilingual and multicurrency capability, continuing support of ServiceCentral's global product vision to serve any industry needing internationally streamlined workflows and management of equipment service, warranty, returns and repair tracking.
