World Fashion Apartments - one of the Netherlands’ leading providers of short stay and serviced apartments in Amsterdam - has opened a new office for short stay and serviced apartments in Eindhoven, it was announced this week. As a sign of the city’s commanding status as a design, technology and industry hub, World Fashion Apartments has come to Eindhoven because of the continuing need for business accommodation solutions in the city.
“Even with today’s technology, the need for people to meet face to face has not diminished,” says Raj Reddy, company Founder & CEO. “The more businesses move to Eindhoven, the more business travellers will need the flexible, affordable and high-quality accommodation that we are able to provide.”
WFA has already been running short stay apartments in Eindhoven for the last two years but now with its own office on location it can offer a more thorough support to business travellers and accommodation service solutions to large companies.
Founded in 2007, World Fashion Apartments started with short stay apartments in Amsterdam and has since expanded its operations throughout the Netherlands and Europe. “We are looking to become one of the top European providers of serviced apartments in Europe,” says Mr Reddy. “Our capacity has increased four times in the last two years and this will accelerate over the coming decade. The new office in Eindhoven is seen as a key part of this strategy.”
Eindhoven is currently enjoying a period of population growth and whilst intensifying its reputation as a global technology centre. In the summer, Forbes magazine named it as the world’s most inventive city because of its production of more patents per head than any other city. As a sign that WFA is marching in step with this population growth when Eindhoven welcomed its 220,000th resident, Mr Shirish Halapeth, who is one of the loyal client of World Fashion Apartments.
