In the wake of a recent report from AIIM on SharePoint user adoption, Cloud|AG’s is pleased to announce ServicePoint365 is gaining strong momentum with clients and other Microsoft partners as a way to help increase the usability of Office 365 SharePoint Online.

AIIM's September 17th report "SharePoint 2013--Clouding the Issues?" cites user adoption as one of the key issues companies are facing in their deployments of SharePoint. The report indicates that while SharePoint has many features that can benefit the business, a large percentage of customers struggle to get the adoption they desire.

To help combat this issue, ServicePoint365 provides an intuitive ready-made template application consisting of a number of “Centers” that are pre-configured to help companies organize, collaborate and manage client-, project-, proposal-, and resource-related information. Customers simply apply ServicePoint365 to their Office 365’s SharePoint Online environment and immediately start managing and collaborating on critical information in a secure, stable and easy-to-use environment.

“Feedback from customers is sending a strong message that Office 365 SharePoint Online is being underutilized in many companies. ServicePoint365 provides an intuitive easy-to-understand and easy-to-use interface that helps users with little or no SharePoint experience unlock the value of Office365 SharePoint Online,” says David Huseonica, President and CEO at Cloud|AG.
