Initially used in publicity and marketing campaigns by major fashion, beauty, and entertainment brands, the pop-up shop concept is now embraced by small businesses in the service sector who seek a piece of these multi-billion dollar industry pies. “Pop-up events offer consumer awareness of, and accessibility to, emerging or underexposed, brands,” said Navie Hughes, Event Producer of The Glam Galore Shopping Soirée – The Ultimate Girls Night Out. In the Grand Hall of the Richardson Civic Center, the event hosts over 40 pop-up shops. Shopping, the Beauty Suite, mini-fashion showcases, hot topic presentations, The Sexy Stiletto Dance Workshop and The Bedroom Kandi by DTK Experience are among the many “events within the event” catering to the fashion, beauty, wellness, and sensual needs of women – all in one location and for one night only.

Dallas-Fort Worth area’s Shawn D. Florence, Adrienne Galloway, Sonya J. Wells and Kassie Coleman, along with Houston’s Edrina Newman will deliver powerful, relevant, and fun presentations to promote inner and outer beauty, wellness, and confidence – empowering women to face fears, shed inhibitions, abandon drama, and have fun while doing so.

These dynamic straight-talkers show and tell it like is with product demonstrations, presentations and workshops addressing everything from live drama-free to how to apply makeup, and how to “make up”. They answer questions and provide tips on fashion, beauty, fitness, wellness, and even sex. Add music and complimentary drinks to fabulous shopping and the night has everything a girl wants.
