"The Customer Advocate Team is all about building and sustaining positive relationships with our customers," said Antoine Muscari, the team's director.

The dynamic team will inquire about customers' future needs, offer deployment and configuration recommendations when appropriate, and regularly share customer feedback with the appropriate Silanis department.

Traditional customer support focuses on resolving issues as they occur. In contrast, customer advocacy focuses on building better relationships with customers, long-term.

To help customers plan and maintain their deployment of Silanis solutions, the Customer Advocacy Team will create detailed customer profiles, offer regular proactive contact, keep customers apprised of Silanis software upgrades and releases, and facilitate two-way communication with Silanis.

As a result, Silanis customers will benefit from faster issue resolution, improved planning capability, and products that align even more closely with the needs of the user community.
