Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) June 14, 2012

The leading online retailer of Native American jewelry, SilverTribe, has donated five gift certificates to three major charities as part of the company's commitment to supporting, growing and nurturing communities throughout Arizona and beyond.

These certificates will play a crucial role in helping these organizations meet their fundraising goals and attract new donors. The first two certificates are awarded to the Forest Highlands Foundation in Flagstaff, Ariz. This charity has made a huge impact on the community by providing food, clothing, shelter, medical care and education to underprivileged families in northern Arizona.

SilverTribe also donated two certificates to Southwest Human Development, an organization dedicated to providing children with comprehensive early childhood services, ensuring the future success of Arizona's children.

"We believe every local business has a responsibility to support the communities where we live, work and do business," said SilverTribe spokesman Chris Anderson. "We chose three organizations that make a large and meaningful impact on people's lives each and every day."

The third charity to receive a donation is the Galactosemia Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 1985 to help educate parents of children with galactosemia. Based in Dallas, Texas, the organization has helped thousands of parents care for children impacted by this condition.

"We feel fortunate that the success of our company allows us the opportunity to support these charities and give the next generation a shot at success," SilverTribe spokesman Chris Anderson said. "We are proud to have a relationship with these wonderful charities that provide such important services."
