TAE lets customers augment their staff without employee overhead
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 01, 2012
Sintre, the source for custom Linux solutions, offers expert design and engineering support through its new service, Technical Account Engineer (TAE).
The debut of Sintre's Technical Account Engineer service gives companies a cost effective solution to add expert Linux consulting to their team. A Red Hat certified professional is assigned to a client’s account and collects detailed information about the environment for future troubleshooting. When needed, Sintre can remotely connect through VPN to a client’s network to perform scheduled or outage driven tasks. There are three levels of TAE service to meet different budgets ranging from $25,000 for the basic level, $50,000 for the engineer level, and $75,000 for the architect level.
“TAE lets customers augment their staff without employee overhead,” said Ryan Murray, the chief architect and founder of Sintre. Each quarter customers are allotted a bundle of remote consulting hours. This time can be spent troubleshooting current system issues or designing and implementing new Linux environments. Any Sintre remote consulting engagement may be used as part of the TAE hour’s allotment. Customers are encouraged to continue existing vendor support as TAE was designed to work with 3rd parties like Red Hat.
Aside from the TAE service, Sintre is an authorized Red Hat reseller that also offers turnkey infrastructure products, expert Red Hat Linux consulting and custom training. Unique product offerings like the Sintre turnkey Linux infrastructure help define in house Linux expertise. All turnkey solutions also include custom administration and PCI audit documentation.
Sintre was founded by Ryan Murray in 2008. A previous Red Hat employee, a long time Linux advocate and current RHCA, Ryan created Sintre to focus entirely in the Linux and open source market.
