SiteLink, the leader in self-storage management software, announces enhancements to its already powerful CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module to better analyze marketing efforts and to streamline lead-to-rental conversions. SiteLink users capture and convert more leads to paying rentals with the built-in CRM module and its powerful links to other systems.

The hallmark of SiteLink’s current CRM is the seamless, automatic link to other platforms like call centers, listing services and websites. Via these links or integrations, SiteLink automatically receives leads and manages the follow up process. SiteLink integrations share pricing, specials, comments, payments, reservations and move-ins with other platforms to create a rich tenant experience.

“SiteLink’s CRM give us 60 additional reservations per facility per year, far more than we expected,” said Travis Lawhorne, Accountable Management’s president. “SiteLink receives leads from our INSOMNIAC Live! call center and our ClickandStor™ website in real time and schedules follow up tasks for our managers. We are highly impressed with SiteLink’s powerful CRM reports analyzing marketing campaigns and conversion rates.”

SiteLink’s CRM 2.0 builds on existing CRM features. Users now import leads from external integrations and expand communications with customers. Built-in HTML document editors deliver more flexibility to create forms, customize emails and add more images to documents. Email drip campaigns automatically distribute tailored messages based on user-defined trigger events including holidays, anniversaries and dates of first contact.

“We continue to integrate and exchange more data with a growing number of systems including call centers, listing services and stores’ websites,” said Markus Hecker, SiteLink’s COO. “More extensive integrations make services from other vendors more effective and generate more leads. It pays for storage owners to shop management software and partner vendors. Instead of bundling and limiting our customers to certain partners, we expand integrations and offer our customers a choice in more vendors.”

SiteLink will release CRM 2.0 in mid-January 2013.
