20 Year Marketing Executive Susan Spiegel Joins Sizzix to Lead and Manage Its Global Marketing Communications Strategies and Growth Initiatives

Sizzix, the market leader in die cutting machines and die cutting accessories, has tapped accomplished marketing executive Susan Spiegel as its Vice President of Marketing Communications to build and manage its global marketing and communications programs as the Company enters its next growth phase.

Over the last 24 months, Sizzix has experienced record domestic and international sales growth of its die cutting machines, die cutting tools, and accessories. The Company continues to grow its core business lines while also launching new lines and entering new channels and international markets. The Company identified a need for a proven, seasoned marketing executive to harness, take hold and build upon the momentum created.

Ms. Spiegel was recruited based on her extensive strategy, marketing, and licensing background in the toy, consumer, and entertainment sectors, combined with her successful stints at MGA Entertainment, Funrise, Mega Brands, Hasbro and Nutrisystem. She will be tasked with the role of continuing to communicate Sizzix’s brand value and messaging for its core family of products as well as elevating the market positions of future product launches.
