Mount Kisco Fitness and Organic wellness Center Invites Attendees to an Evening of dispelling Fitness Misconceptions and a Lululemon Trunk Show

Shaka Davidson, co owner of Skinny Buddha, discussed some of the biggest fitness misconceptions, including yo-yo dieting. “Quick fixes don’t work. We teach our clients the ugly truth about weight loss, and the fitness industry,” said Shaka Davidson.

Skinny Buddha hosted an evening for dispelling Fitness Misconceptions, and a Lululemon Trunk Show on April 10th at 128 Radio Circle in Mount Kisco, NY. Over 75 Women attended the event. Skinny Buddha Owners Shaka Davidson and Elyce Jacobson led a seminar on the most popular fitness misconceptions. The seminar, which was held in the Skinny Buddha Yoga room, provoked many questions from attendees.

Guests enjoyed Skinny Buddha’s signature protein bars and organic iced tea. All guests received a free Skinny Buddha trial session for attendance, and one lucky attendee won a Skinny Buddha 5 day Detox.
