The recruiter that understands social media and its tools will be the recruiter of choice in today’s competitive workplace.
Princeton, N.J. (PRWEB) February 09, 2012
After surveying its membership, the Staffing Management Association of New Jersey (SMA-NJ) confirmed the topic of Social Media in Talent Sourcing was top-of-mind for many area employers and recruiters. Realizing that human resource professionals were faced with a wide range of issues far beyond the scope of traditional consumer marketers, SMA-NJ put together a panel of experts who focus on optimizing efforts around recruiting, talent management and employee retention.
According to Robert Hans, President of SMA-NJ, "Technology has becoming the driving force in recruitment and nowhere is it more evident than in the advancement of social media. The recruiter that understands social media and its tools will be the recruiter of choice in today’s competitive workplace." That is why SMA-NJ is thrilled to announce the confirmed panel leaders for the evening have over 75 years of recruitment advertising, recruitment technology and talent sourcing expertise between them.
