SpareKeys required a Direct Debit Bureau to collect and process customer monthly payments in an efficient and secure manner.
(PRWEB UK) 3 August 2012
The SpareKeys service provides emergency assistance to people in the event of them getting locked out of their home or motor vehicle. For a small monthly fee, customers across the UK will never have to worry about being locked out again, as a representative from SpareKeys will hand deliver a set of spare keys – usually within one hour – from one of their 18 high-level security depots across the UK.
SpareKeys do not know their customers’ addresses, which forms part of their five point security system. The keys are handed over at a location specified by the customer that is a minimum of 100m away from their house. The customer is then sent an email detailing how to return their keys to SpareKeys in a secure manner. The service is cheaper and faster than a locksmith, more reliable than a neighbour, more useful than key insurance and safer than a key box.
SpareKeys required a Direct Debit Bureau to collect and process customer monthly payments in an efficient and secure manner. The security and resilience of the SmartDebit platform as well as their capability of processing large amounts of Direct Debit transactions, attracted SpareKeys, who expect to reach 2 million customers by the end of 2013.
SmartDebit’s Sales Director, Paul Simpson, commented “We are delighted to be providing SpareKeys with a Direct Debit facility to collect their monthly payments. With over 500,000 customers already, there is clearly a huge market for SpareKeys and their simple everyday service”.
