With her demonstrated expertise in driving customer satisfaction, Elizabeth will be instrumental in leading the team that helps them get maximum impact from the SmashFly Recruitment Marketing Platform.

SmashFly Technologies, recruitment marketing technology innovator, announced today that seasoned software training expert Elizabeth Wilkinson has been appointed to the position of Director of Customer Success. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience with SmashFly’s Recruitment Marketing Platform and fully understand and utilize the comprehensive system to enhance the effectiveness of their recruiting strategies.

Prior to joining SmashFly, Wilkinson served as director, Learning Products Group for Taleo, recently acquired by Oracle, where she designed, developed and delivered instructor led training, asynchronous training programs and e-learning projects. She had previously served as a trainer with ACS Learning Inc. and as a project coordinator for SRVS. Throughout her career, Wilkinson has created training materials for both corporate and non-profit environments and developed training programs for traditional and online classrooms. She also has experience in using information mapping and instructional systems design to develop training and documentation programs and materials as well as software user guides.
