In the WildFire Recruitment CRM, SmashFly enables users to send customized SMS messages and job ads to any contacts with a registered mobile phone number in their CRM database. Through the WildFire Job Ad Distribution Wizard, users are able to launch SMS job campaigns alongside their other recruitment marketing campaigns to recruiting channels such as job boards, social networks, email and SEM. The Inbound SMS Portal feature enables candidates to easily add themselves to an employer’s Talent Network using their own cell phone. The Recruiter SMS tool enables a way for recruiters to easily add a new contact to their CRM system wherever they have their mobile phone. Whether they meet someone at the airport or at a trade show that's a perfect fit for their company, they simply text the person’s email address to their dedicated recruiting mobile number and the contact will automatically be added to their Recruitment CRM! The person will then be registered in their talent network and able to receive all future email and SMS recruiting communications.
