To improve the organization of contacts, SmashFly has built in the ability to:

  •     Create up to 50 new user-defined fields (UDF's)
  •     Create/define custom search screens, to create custom user-defined "Status" associated with a folder
  •     Export all contact data including UDF data
  •     Use new Resume Parsing features that enable users to quickly add contacts to the CRM by uploading a resume

In addition to the organizational updates, the newest release of WildFire provides several innovative sourcing tools as well including the ability to:

  •     Source candidates directly into your CRM using your mobile phone through our Mobile Recruiting solution
  •     Conduct Resume Sourcing campaigns directly from your Recruitment CRM
  •     Utilize a new CRM Email Inhaler that enables users to add single contacts to the CRM by simply sending an email with an attached resume to a dedicated email address
  •     Create unlimited number of Talent Network forms to link with your CRM, which can now be used as stand-alone forms to include on your Career Site and/or other career pages.

In addition to the CRM enhancements, WildFire now offers a new easy to use Auto-Post job distribution feature for clients. This new feature enables users to automatically have any new job on their careers site posted to any Free boards or any boards where your organization has unlimited job postings. Once the feature is enabled, the WildFire system will automatically scrape the job information off of your careers site and distribute it to the appropriate free job boards for every future job campaign. This is an “opt-in” feature and will continue to post any new jobs that appear on your company’s Career Site to free job boards.
