Cabins of the Smoky Mountains, an award-winning operator of cabin rentals in Gatlinburg, TN, today announced it has added six new cabins to its family. The new additions bring the company to a total of 340 rental cabins in and around Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains.

“We are thrilled to offering these cabins to our guests,” says Billy Parris, general manager of Cabins of the Smoky Mountains, “It’s a part of our continued growth and a sign that we must be doing something right.”

With over 200,000 guests staying at its cabins each year, Cabins of the Smoky Mountains is the largest cabin rental agency in the Smokies. The company has received Southern Living Magazine’s editor’s choice award as the “Best Family Resort in the Smokies.”

The six new cabins range from the one-bedroom “Love View Too,” which rents at rates from $165 per night, to the three-bedroom “Waterfall at McCormack’s Mill” cabin, which rents from $195 per night.

With features like home theaters, game rooms and gourmet kitchens, the company's cabins are a long way from the rustic cabins of the past.

"These aren’t your granddaddy's log cabins," says Parris, "What we offer travelers are really luxury log homes. You still get the porch with rocking chair and great views, but you also get the amenities you expect from a four-star resort."

The new additions are located just outside of Pigeon Forge and reflect the company’s growing presence there. Cabins of the Smoky Mountains began its life as Gatlinburg Falls Resort, a collection of 169 cabins two miles from downtown Gatlinburg. With its continued expansion into Pigeon Forge and surround areas, the company has since re-branded itself as Cabins of the Smoky Mountains.

Visitors can book their stay through the company's website at http://www.cabinsofthesmokymountains.com or by calling (866) 347-6659.
