Helping chief marketing officers (CMOs) and their marketing colleagues avoid common mistakes in their search engine marketing initiatives will be the focus of a special session at Search Marketing Expo - SMX West.

SMX West will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA, February 10-12.

Entitled "The Dozen Most Common Search Marketing Mistakes That CMOs Make," this session offers attendees an opportunity to hear from a panel of senior level search marketers across a variety of industries, business models and company sizes. They will share their experiences, advice and perspective on these dozen critical mistakes, how to avoid them, and how understanding these critical issues can dramatically increase search marketing results.
