According to the latest results released by topfranchise.com.au, bedding retailer Snooze has firmed up its ranking as one of Australia’s most desired franchised businesses, leaping up the overall top 10 rankings table from nine to six. The recent survey was voted for by over 2,000 Australian franchise owners across a range of categories taking into account areas such as support, expansion, lifestyle, passion and referrals.

Managing Director Simon Beaty is thrilled with Snooze’s performance, attributing its improved ranking to a consistent commitment to its franchise partner support and mentorship programs as a top priority for the business.

“At Snooze we continually strive to provide best practice support to our franchise partners as they are the lifeblood of our business – without them, we’re nothing. We seek to share knowledge and offer support to ensure that each store owner feels best placed to offer the best possible service to their customers, but to ultimately drive sales and profitability.”

Snooze performed well across the various categories, excelling when it came to the passion franchise partners felt toward their customers, brand, product and service, ranking second out of ten. When asked about whether they felt supported by the Snooze system to potentially expand their business, an overwhelming show of faith in the business model saw Snooze ranked at number four.

“It’s heartening to see our franchise partners living and breathing the Snooze culture and embracing the business with such passion. It’s evident not only from results like this survey, but also when we have more and more of our team come to us looking for opportunities to become multi-site franchise owners,” Mr Beaty commented.

Snooze is continually seeking new franchise partners to join the team as it progresses its targeted strategy to meet the objective of growing its 73-strong store network to 100 over the next three years. Along this journey, Snooze hopes to extend its current offering into new markets in Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
