Axle Digital announces the official release of its Grand Central Commerce Platform. Built for commerce – the Grand Central Commerce Platform provides retailers with the ability to create and launch any number of multi-channel commerce campaigns from a centralized interface. This platform is the key component in the Axle Digital product offering and provides the foundation for future expansion. The completion of Axle's Grand Central Commerce Platform allows for rapidly building robust applications on top of a Retailer’s existing product set and ecommerce infrastructure. These applications can exist anywhere there is an Internet connection: Web apps, Facebook apps, mobile apps, IPTV and more, all maximized for display and interaction on any touch point.

Once a retailer has on boarded into the platform, they have the ability to create any number of unique commerce experiences, as well as utilize all of the standard (and any newly released) applications available on the platform – all with no further integration required. Grand Central Commerce Platform’s open and flexible framework can be used to build any application across any channel, leveraging retailers' existing ecommerce systems. The platform is focused on enabling product-centric user experiences to drive revenue through social and mobile channels without the need for extensive technical resources on behalf of the retailer.
