With the kids ready to go back to school and a brief time of relaxation before the busyness of fall foliage season kicks in, what better time to attend a seminar and get some schooling of your own when it comes to the crazy world of social media?
The Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) is currently accepting registrations for its Fall Professional Development Seminar entitled: "Social Media Marketing" which will be held on Thursday September 6th, at the Littleton Opera House. The 60 minute course will begin promptly at 8:00am (attendees are asked to arrive at 7:45am, when refreshments will be available). The seminar is free to member businesses, with a fee of $25 for non-members.
Sponsored by Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, this seminar will provide an overview of how small business owners may use the power of social media to advance their sales. Participants will learn how to manage an effective social media strategy to build their brand online with popular networks such as Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and TripAdvisor. Learn some new tips and tricks for customer engagement using popular tools such as Constant Contact to measure your social media efforts.
Course instruction will be provided by Veronica Francis, President of Notchnet Web Services.
