Cosmic Development is pleased to announce that it has won the second place for the Employer of the Year Award for companies with less than 100 employees, carried out by Triple S Learning and SWOT Research between June 1 - August 30, 2012. Wrigley, the chewing gum brand, placed first.
Concerning the award, Ilcho Bojchevski CEO of Cosmic Development stated the following:
“It is a great honor and pleasure to be among the best Employers for 2012. As a relatively young company we've achieved significant successes. This award is a symbol and recognition that we are going in the right direction, which upholds our business philosophy. At the same time, it represents a challenge to be even better in the future as only satisfied employees can make a company even more successful.”
Since its formation, Cosmic Development has been investing in developing an extraordinary working atmosphere. The company has a strong focus on creating a social community in the work place and takes an enormous amount of pride in listening to the staff. So far, the results have proven to be a success – and the company is continuing to attract more talent every day.
"The purpose and motivation for opening business in Macedonia was to try and provide a positive impact and bring a higher level of employment standard" says the Founder, Chris Pavlovski. "In Canada, companies compete for the best employees and create the best atmospheres, and in Macedonia, that's exactly what we are trying to do."
