Solar Community and Lennar Homes recently unveiled the new Everything’s Included homes in two of Houston’s most popular communities – Glen Abbey and The Woodlands Creekside Park. These two communities will be a showcase for Solar Community, solar energy experts for hundreds of solar installations with Lennar across the state of Texas.

“We’ve always advocated including solar at the front end of the home building and purchasing process,” says Jeff Wolfe, VP of Business Development at Solar Community. “It makes sense both technically and financially. It’s great to see a quality home builder like Lennar make the commitment to solar. We’re excited to partner with them here in Texas.”

The Glen Abbey community offers 11 versatile single-family home designs with two and three bedroom options and nearly 2,300 square feet of space. The Woodlands Creekside Park presents a luxurious master-planned lifestyle with larger homes and six designs to choose from. These forward-thinking communities demonstrate the effectiveness and affordability of residential solar energy for communities across the country.

“The prices of these homes, combined with incredible financing through Lennar’s preferred lender, can mean monthly payments that are the same or even less than some people pay in rent. This is truly a buyer’s market. And now it’s a historic buyers market with Lennar’s new Everything’s Included Homes,” says Rick Peery, Lennar’s Houston Division President.
