Miami headquartered WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Best Beach Real Estate has announced a sixth office opening for the company that joined the Weichert® franchise network just over six years ago, adding the high-end Sunny Isles/Aventura market to locations in Miami Beach, Weston, Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale. With 300 agents currently on board, a recruitment effort is under way to increase the sales staff.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Best Beach Real Estate owners Abraham Chehebar and Alberto Bassal have announced a sixth office opening for the company that joined the Weichert® franchise network just over six years ago. The partners became Weichert affiliates in 2006 with locations in Miami Beach and Miami. Offices were subsequently added in Weston, Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale. The firm’s growth in south Florida “puts us on track for meeting our goal of becoming one of, if not the, biggest Weichert franchise,” Bassal said.

The newest addition, at 17100 Collins Avenue, Suite 205, Sunny Isles Beach, brings the number of agents serving south Florida under the WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Best Beach Real Estate banner to 300, while expanding the opportunity to serve a much larger market. “This location is very important to us,” Bassal said. “It positions us to provide better service to our clients in Sunny Isles, Aventura, Golden Beach, Hollywood and Bal Harbor area.” The area, known for its million dollar properties and a vast inventory of high end buildings, is home to many of the company’s agents who are already serving clients throughout the market.

“We are actively recruiting new and veteran Realtors to focus on this market,” said Chehebar. When the Miami based company opened its fifth office in Ft. Lauderdale (July 2012), it was the second highest producing company in the Weichert Affiliates network. “That’s still the case, as of the December 2012 year-to-date report, and as of the latest, February 2013,” said Weichert Affiliates Senior Vice President Bill Scott.
