SpanishEstate.com is pleased to announce the re-launch of its Spanish property portals.
"In the current market situation in Spain it's difficult for estate agents to stay in business. Therefore it's necessary to provide estate agents with a broader international network to showcase their listings" explained Robbert Dekker, CEO of SpanishEstate.com.
The SpanishEstate.com network brings Spanish property buyers and sellers together with its international property portals, which include: SpanishEstate.com, Hispacasas.com, SpanjeKoopHuis.nl, Espagne-immobilier.com and Spanineimmo.com.
SpanishEstate.com, the main website of the network, focused on English speaking clients and having a very strong position in the U.K.
Hispacasas.com is the Spanish version of the Spanish property portals.
There are many well established property portals serving the local Spanish market such as: idealista.com, fotocasa.es, tucasa.com. These leading websites are strongly focused on the local Spanish market and big cities in Spain. Hispacasas.com on the other hand, attempts to open this market to a broader international audience.
SpanjeKoophuis.nl is the Dutch version of the property portals. This website is considered as the market leader in Spanish property for The Netherlands and Belgium.
Spain has always been one of the top vacation destinations for the Dutch, attracted by the beautiful beaches, sunny weather, good food a countless golf courses. Spanjekoophuis offers the Dutch a large selection of Spanish properties ranging from small apartment studios to the most luxury villas in the most exclusive coastal destinations.
Espagne-immobilier.com is the French version of the Spanish property portal. Spain, just like for the Dutch, is on of the most popular vacation destinations for the French.
Unlike the Dutch, many French buyers are seeking for a property close to their own home in France. French buyers in general are looking for properties located in the northern regions of Spain such as Tarragona and the Pyrenees mountains. French buyers are fond of properties with a rustic and country character. In Espagne-immobilier there is a broad selection of affordable country houses all throughout Spain.
With the launch of the SpanishEstate.com portals a new website has been created to serve the German market. This new website is called Spanienimmo.com.
The German market is different from that of other countries in Europe, since in general they are more interested in properties in the high end of market.
The Island of Mallorca in the Mediterranean sea, has been for the last 10 years one of the preferred locations for Germans to invest, and property prices in this area have been booming. Mallorca offers the most exclusive villas and country houses from the entire Spanish territory. Spanienimmo.com offers over 15.000 properties for sale in Mallorca.
Additionally, the properties listed in the SpanishEstate.com network will also be featured in other popular websites, such as: Google Real Estate, Trovit.es, Enormo.com, Nuroa.es, etc...
For the new re-design, we looked at the necessities of the current Spanish property market by providing a more intuitive search navigation. Users can search for properties lowered in price and post a "wanted ad" so that members agents can contact them with matching properties.
For member agents there are many new features, such as: the possibility to upload property videos, follow the performance of their listings with detailed statistics and share their properties with other agents.
SpanishEstate.com provides users with detailed information about every existing village and town in Spain (see example: villages in Valencia). The village information includes: climate, population, detailed maps and other interesting information.
Due to the economic downturn, Spanish estate agents are forced to cut back on personnel and marketing expenses. SpanishEstate.com offers a solution for these agents by providing them with a property upload service. Properties are copied from the agents' website and translated to the SpanishEstate.com network. On top of this agents can keep their properties updated in the SpanishEstate.com network by XML feed.
SpanishEstate.com was launched in 2001 and is currently owned by Robbert Dekker co-founder of Mallorca's #1 property portal.
