This year-long, multi city event tour is designed to fast track the interview process for both recruiters and targeted job candidates. The tour kicks off March 15, 2013 in Iselin, NJ and will make stops in 19 cities across the country this year with over 45 events.

The solution combines head hunting, a speed dating format, job fair and concierge service.

How SpeedHIRE works
Before the events, each exhibiting employer holds a strategic staffing session with a Consultnetworx staffing strategist to analyze all open temp and full time positions. Following this session, the Consultnetworx recruiting staff goes to work as offsite headhunters to source and screen those open positions.
Several weeks later, the SpeedHIRE event commences. Numerous employers from the local area attend the event, which is managed by the Speednetworx’s event planning staff.
Upon arrival, each employer is matched with a Personal SpeedHIRE Tour Roadie, who will be by their side throughout the day to ensure total ease and efficiency. A SpeedHIRE Tour Manager monitors the clock as employers meet each invited candidate during a sequence of brief, one-on-one interviews. The configuration of the event resembles the speed-dating format. Each interview increment gives employers enough time to determine which candidates they want to pursue. Once initial meetings have concluded, employers can arrange follow-up interviews, either then-and-there, or at a later time, at their offices.
Another unique aspect of the Speedhire Tour is the ability for employers to retain contract workers. The consultants assigned through SpeedHIRE events become Consultnetworx’s employees; the staffing firm undertakes the full recruiting life cycle, payroll, workers compensation, insurance and benefits responsibilities.
