There is no question many of us here were hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. We are glad that Spiel was able to bounce back in time for their open house event and we are even more impressed that they are willing to keep their doors open a little longer.
Long Island City, NY (PRWEB) November 13, 2012
Located just two miles outside of Manhattan, Spiel Associates (http://spielassociates.com) has taken quite a blow due to the recent weather conditions. For the first time ever, they had to shut down. Luckily, they were able to bounce back rather quickly and were able to get themselves up and running with electricity, phone and Internet abilities within one day, which put them right back on track for their long awaited open house event on November 7th and 8th and has even announced an extension to the event.
Spiel Associates has extended their open house to November 15th. The extension was put in place for those still struggling with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and were not able to make it last week. Their marketing partner, Route 72 Systems was also hit hard in the Northern New Jersey area where many still do not have power and are struggling to get fuel and heat. They are pleased to see Spiel Associates push forward during these hard times. Jim Alamia, CEO and Founder of Route 72 Systems states: “There is no question many of us here were hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. We are glad that Spiel was able to bounce back in time for their open house event and we are even more impressed that they are willing to keep their doors open a little longer for their customer base.”
Only days ago, Spiel’s staff was using their own personal phones and mobile devices to stay in touch and keep an open line of communication with their valued customers. After a day in the dark, Spiel and their staff are very eager to engage their customers face to face to November 15th at their open house event located right at their headquarters located at 45-01 Boulevard in Long Island City, NY. Spiel will be showcasing some of their most innovative pieces of bindery equipment to date. Jim Alamia states: “The extension of their open house event will give Spiel’s customer base a second chance at gaining the knowledge they need about book binding machinery so that they are able to make a smart purchase for their respective businesses.”
