Marvel Comics The Incredible Hulk opens in US theaters today, kicking off a brand new action-fueled epic of the popular green superhero and his alter ego, Bruce Banner. Movie review and entertainment site Spill.com will release its review of the movie today to coincide with the film's opening.
Spill.com, ranked as one of the twenty most popular movie and entertainment sites on the web, features honest, sometimes irreverent animated movie reviews from the Spill crew, whose motto is "If it's crap, we'll tell you." Pre-release, the Spill Crew has offered its theories on the woman that can tame the Green Giant. Potential femmes included Oprah, Madonna and Hillary Duff. Today's review will satiate the inquiring minds of fans wanting to know if the Hulk is worth the green or has gone moldy in this latest version.
This latest film hits box offices a mere five years following the last Incredible Hulk movie. This version devotes less than three minutes to the history of scientist Bruce Banner and then dives into two hours of adrenalin-pumped action.
The Incredible Hulk stars Liv Tyler as Betty Ross, William Hurt as General Thunderbolt Ross, Edward Norton as scientist Bruce Banner, and Tim Roth as the Hulk's new adversary, the Abomination. Louis Leterrier directs and along with Edward Norton, rewrote the script.
