Splash Media Group, LLC announced today that it has completed a management buyout of several of the assets of Splash Media LP’s social media agency and video production facility based in North Dallas suburb of Addison, Texas. CEO John Dankovchik led the MBO.

In conjunction with the MBO, Dankovchik also announced the formation of a new board of directors that includes Gary Von Kennel, the first CEO of RAPP Collins Worldwide and the most successful CEO in the history of TracyLocke.
