On February 13, 2010 the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder will recognize and honor their leadership role as Minnesota’s oldest minority-owned business, thanks to the support we have long enjoyed from community partners such as you.

In this new age of digital information highways and media consolidation, the need is greater than ever for proven independent ethnic media at the community level. As a women-owned black publishing business, we are uniquely qualified and positioned to provide another 75 years of media leadership. Our readership continues to grow, and our website is now receiving more than a quarter of a million hits monthly.

The Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder has been covering news and information in Minnesota for 75 years being Minnesota’s #1 source for news about and for the African American Community.
