Fast Eddies Billiards considers themselves to be much more than your average pool hall. This is precisely why owners, Bob Wilson, Mark Beyer and Big Lew took it upon themselves to work side-by-side with chef Johnny Carino to come up with a new and innovative bar menu - providing patrons with unique gourmet recipes at an affordable price.

According to Beyer, “We know that our guests visit Fast Eddies for much more than just billiards. I can’t tell you how often I myself have gone into a local bar to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat, only to find nothing more than greasy fries on the menu.”

Beyond basic bar food (that often lacks in quality), Fast Eddies has introduced a new appetizer and entrée menu with delicious, gourmet-inspired dishes that will cater to a variety of palates.

Standout menu items include appetizers like New York style pretzels, poblano bites, mac & cheese bites, and hot and tangy chicken wings available in barbecue, garlic, or teriyaki. New entrées on the menu include barbecue glazed grilled pork chops, the original New York Sicilian style pizza, and a fried chicken plate as a signature comfort food dish.

Although the menu is unique, guests on the lookout for traditional bar favorites will not be disappointed. Wilson adds, “Of course, we have popular bar treats like french fries and onion rings on the menu. Rest assured that you’ll be getting your money’s worth. Each menu item is made with top-quality ingredients and served fresh from the kitchen.”

Although the former Fast Eddies menu provided a wide selection for bar customers, the owners of Fast Eddie’s were inspired to take bar food one step further with a more extensive appetizer and entrée menu. They also made it their priority to select dishes made with fresh, unique ingredients which customers might not find at an average bar and grill, such as breaded and toasted fresh green beans or pig wings as a fun alternative to traditional chicken wings.

Despite the new gourmet twist on the Fast Eddies menu, prices will remain reasonable - ranging from $2 to $10.95 for appetizers and $5.95 to $11.95 for entrées.

Beyer, Wilson and Big Lew believe that the new and innovative menu will work perfectly to complement the exciting daily specials and events that keep customers coming back again and again. Depending on the location, customers can enjoy weekly specials and events like free pool nights, beer bucket specials, karaoke, extended happy hours, UFC fights and much more.

Fast Eddies, a reputable pool hall with locations throughout Texas and Louisiana, sees this menu change as an opportunity to attract new clientele, please loyal patrons, and maintain their top spot as the best billiards and sports bars in the great state of Texas.

Guests are reminded that the new Fast Eddies menu will vary from location to location. Customers can try the newly introduced gourmet menu at most Fast Eddies location on weekdays and weekends for lunch, dinner, and late night bites.
