Benefiting the Cassina Garden Club Endowment for Historic Preservation, the Garden Walk will celebrate the horticultural beauty of the coastal Georgia area while offering an opportunity for visitors to explore and enjoy a select and seldom-seen group of St. Simons Island's most inspiring private gardens. From contemporary to traditional, formal to informal, the eight tour gardens offer inspiration and ideas for visitors of all ages who have varying levels of gardening expertise.
On Friday evening, May 4, internationally renowned and award-winning garden designer Ryan Gainey will kick off the two-day garden event with a lecture. Advance tickets, sold through May 4, are $20; day-of-tour tickets are $25; tickets to the Ryan Gainey lecture are $35; and a combination tour, lecture and patron reception ticket is $150. Day-of-tour tickets will be available at Cassina's historic tabby cabins on Gascoigne Bluff.
