Regal Software, a leading provider of B2B disbursement software, today announced that Stanford Hotels, which operates such premier hotels as Hilton Waikiki Beach and Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, has successfully implemented RegalPay to automate its corporate payment processes across 13 of its hotel locations.
Stanford Hotels sought a solution that would allow them to integrate their existing accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics GP, to Payment Manager, the Treasury Services offered by Wells Fargo Bank. The available choices were, contract with their software vendor to build a custom solution, build it in-house or use the bank’s portal.
Stanford was also dealing with multiple hotel locations, so payment reconciliation would be difficult. Logging onto an online portal 13 times each pay cycle would be tedious and the organization simply did not have the available resources to build a custom solution. Time was also a factor so waiting for their ERP vendor to build a custom solution was not a viable option. The decision was made to implement RegalPay, an off-the-shelf solution that was already proven and had all the automation Stanford required.
RegalPay, developed by Regal Software, is a software application that enables companies to connect their accounting system directly to treasury services such as the Wells Fargo’s Payment Manager solution, allowing for an automated transfer of payment and reconciliation data between the two systems.
“Our customers consistently say that they want to process disbursements accurately, without excessive manual processes,” said Kofi Conduah, President and CEO of Regal Software. “To accomplish this for Stanford Hotels, we deployed our automated solution that managed all 13 hotels from one centralized location, built on top of their existing hardware and software infrastructure. We are excited to support Stanford as they continue to provide excellent services to their customers.”
