Princeton, NJ-based design and consulting firm, Creations New Home Sales, has changed its name to Stasse & Company.

Although selling new homes has always been one of our strengths, over the years managing our clients' sales and marketing efforts has become the major concentration of the company. We believe our new name not only reflects the company's evolution, but my personal commitment to the success of our clients and the value of our highly professional and experienced staff.

Design and consulting firm, Creations New Home Sales, has changed its name to Stasse & Company. According to managing partner, Jay Goldberg, the name change not only signals a new direction for principal owner, Jodi Stasse, but an expansion of services and an enhanced focus on sales efforts in markets throughout the Northeast.

"First Creations Home Design Studio and then Creations New Home Sales were ideal names when our business placed most of its emphasis on the design and selections process," explains Stasse. "Although selling new homes has always been one of our strengths, over the years managing our clients' sales and marketing efforts has become the major concentration of the company. We believe our new name not only reflects the company's evolution, but my personal commitment to the success of our clients and the value of our highly professional and experienced staff."

Stasse & Company offers clients a comprehensive team approach that provides over 100 years of collective experience in the new home building industry and particular expertise in the New York, Philadelphia and Princeton markets. Among the firm's clients are Trump Plaza Jersey City, CancoLofts in Jersey City, The Residences at the Heldrich in New Brunswick and The Residences at Palmer Square in Princeton.

Jodi Stasse founded Stasse & Company as Creations Home Design Studio in 1999 following a successful eight-year tenure at New Jersey's largest homebuilder, K. Hovnanian Companies. Beginning her career as the Assistant to the President of Trafalgar House Residential, now Beazer Homes, Stasse moved to K. Hovnanian Companies in 1991. There she was instrumental in the origination and management of K. Hovnanian's 18,000 square foot design studio in Edison, NJ.

Stasse has also held a New Jersey Building Inspector's license and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She has worked with numerous major homebuilders and has been involved in all aspects of new home marketing including sales, merchandising and construction.

Jay Goldberg joined Stasse & Company as Managing Partner in 2008. With 25 years of new home sales and marketing experience, Goldberg is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker. Prior to Joining Stasse & Company, Goldberg held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for national homebuilder, D.R. Horton. His career also includes 20 years with two advertising agencies ranked among the country's leading real estate specialists, Pace Advertising in New York and Group Two of Philadelphia. His long association with the building industry has earned Goldberg numerous sales and marketing awards.

Stasse and Goldberg direct a team of leading experts in sales, marketing and design, consistently producing profitability for their clients. The firm has been instrumental in the creation of mixed-use town centers, urban high-rises, luxury secondary properties, luxury hotel residences, active adult condominiums and single-family homes, age-targeted communities and buildings, as well as first-time buyers of condominiums and single-family homes.
