State and Federal Poster Inc. is reminding all big companies to purchase the new 2012 labor law posters before it is too late. Many states have minor to major changes which affect their posters from the 2011 labor law posters. Some states had an increase in Minimum Wage, which requires an updated poster while other states added new required postings such as the Paid Sick Leave posting and the Employer Obligation to Maintain & Report Records. Other states may have updated laws that dictated a change in the posting information, such as California's Discrimination & Harassment in Employment has been updated and California's Family Medical Leave Act has been updated for 2012. Also all the labor law posters and the NLRA are now up to date and ready for the 2012 posting.
